Order direct by fax or email 24 hours daily.
Delivery
Stock orders placed by 4:30 p.m. EST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 4:30 p.m.
will be shipped the following business day. Please allow 1-2 business days on special Internal Hex
and Square Rotary Broaches. For external and all other special/custom forms, please allow 5-10
business days upon your print approval.
Return Policy
Full credit is given for all unused standard catalog items returned within 30 days of the
invoice date. All returns require a return goods authorization number.
Rebuild/ Replacement Parts
Tool holder replacement parts are available from stock for immediate delivery. See page 33 for
more details.
Factory Repairs and Broach Re-sharpening Services
Upon receipt, an evaluation and price quote will be submitted for your approval before repairs
or re-sharpening is done. Once we receive your authorization to proceed, your tooling will be
repaired or re-sharpened and shipped back to you within 1-2 days. See page 39 for more details.
